The career of an Air Hostess or Flight Purser is an envied one, but behind the glamour, there is a lot of hard work that goes into the job. Sensing the overwhelming need for trained cabin crew, TIM has a well-structured, comprehensive In-flight Management program for training students who are aspiring to be Flight Pursers & Air Hostesses.

TIM is the only institute in India offering a one-day unique experience of getting trained in the mock-up aircraft where students are trained by experienced trainers from leading airlines. Students get a feel of the intended career in the aircraft where they are taught about the in-flight meals & serving it in 2 class configuration of aircraft & other galley operations. Initially they are made to go through a dry run & immediately after that they are taken through a wet-run with club class meals ordered from the regular flight kitchen.

In order to give the student all round development & knowledge of all aspects of cabin crew training, this course covers International Airline & Travel Management, In-flight management, Tourism Management, Airline Customer Service, Hotel Management Grooming & Customer Relationship Management.

After completion of the course, the students definitely have an edge over others as they are well prepared to face the challenges that are involved in their career as cabin crew.

 

Syllabus

 
  1. In-flight management: This module includes Communication Skill Grooming & personality Development, Passenger Handling & in-flight services, Emergency procedures, Safety & First Aid, Aviation Terminology, Documentation & Geography.
  2. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module covers how to deal with different types of customers, effective communication skills, how to present a resume, interview techniques, mock interview, presentation & group discussions, sales techniques & marketing principles.
 
Eligibility
  Minimum 10+2 or equivalent. A good understanding of written English, world Geography & basic Mathematics.
