tourism industry.
• Travel Accountancy
module covers Introduction to Travel
accounting, Preparation of credit
notes, invoices and other vouchers,
Maintenance of various books of accounts,
Preparation of airline reports, Accounting
& reconciliation, Preparation
of MIS, P&L and balance sheet,
accounting standards as per ICAI &
Revenue accounting.

addition to syllabus of
Diploma in International Airlines & Travel Management,
2 modules have been added in this
course, viz. Tourism &
Travel Accountancy. Tourism
is an integrated part of the travel
industry and one of the most upcoming
sectors. Travel Accountancy will
enhance the accounting skills of
the students. It is also beneficial
to those students in the accountancy
line to gain knowledge about travel
